When not giving massages she can be found out exploring the hills. This passion for the outdoors means she understands what we ask of our bodies and the best ways to help them recover ready for the next adventure.

Sandra is a UK-qualified Swedish Massage therapist and Biomechanics coach with over 12 years of experience. Currently based in France she delivers massages bien-être. Each massage is specifically tailored involving a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, muscle energy techniques, vibrations, stretches, etc based on your needs.
